Finding privacy online sounds impossible, but it can be achieved from one and each one of you. You may be a social network user be it Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. Yes they may not be respecting your privacy but they have clearly mentioned in their privacy policy what they are going to use your data. Atleast the governments are keeping a check of any violation of policies and imposing heavy fines for every violation.

Privacy is not something that can be achieved by the government alone, it has to start from you. You must be careful with what data you share, what apps you use.

Media was reporting that Faceapp was storing the uploaded photos of 150 million users and the names. Infact some researchers have taken the side of the app stating they use AWS, Google cloud and did not find the app is stealing photos from your phone gallery.

Well the app is actually using your Facebook data and grabbing your friends list, email, photo albums all through the application. So imagine the amount of data they have already grabbed when either you or your friend did not care much about privacy.
